Pharmacist preceptors help learners develop clinical reasoning, confidence, resilience, and a mindset for lifelong growth. In this panel discussion, preceptors from health‑system, ambulatory care, and community pharmacy settings will share practical strategies for supporting pharmacy learners as they navigate challenges and build new skills.
This session will explore:
- Techniques for encouraging reflection and growth through challenge
- Strategies to help learners adapt in complex care environments
- Approaches to creating supportive, psychologically safe learning spaces
- How precepting varies across practice settings
Attendees are encouraged to participate and ask questions throughout the session.
Presented through a collaboration between the Preceptors, Ambulatory Care, Health‑System, and Community Pharmacy Practice Communities.
