    Thanks to those who have already completed. For those of you who have not yet, the UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy is conducting an important Job Analysis aimed at defining the role of pharmacy administrators and leaders. We invite you to participate in our survey, which seeks to assess the tasks and knowledge areas relevant to your specialized field.

    -            Who should participate?

    o   Any current pharmacy administrator or leader.

    -            Why participate?

    o   Your insights will help shape future training programs, including master's and certificate programs, and assist in the development of certification exams.

    o   By participating, you will contribute to the advancement of pharmacy administration and leadership, ensuring that future professionals are well-prepared for their roles.

    -            What to expect:

    o   The survey will take approximately 20-30 minutes.

    o   You will be asked to rate the importance and frequency of tasks and knowledge areas related to pharmacy administration and leadership.
