First, I wish for guidance on how to embrace the responsibility that comes with being a new practitioner. The jump from student to professional feels like a sleigh ride through unfamiliar skies-exciting but a little daunting. How do I build my confidence in decision-making and grow into the well-rounded pharmacist I aspire to be?
Next, I'm asking for your advice on becoming a better preceptor. I want to inspire and empower my students the same way my preceptors did for me. What's the secret to being both a supportive guide and a challenging mentor? How can I make sure my students leave rotations not just with knowledge, but with the confidence to apply it?
Finally, Santa, I'd love a little extra courage to tackle imposter syndrome. Being surrounded by accomplished colleagues is inspiring, but it's easy to feel like I need to prove myself constantly. Can you remind me how to celebrate small wins and focus on growth over perfection?
